Cancellation Regulations

Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the Reservation Deposit.  If the event is cancelled the Damage Deposit will be refunded.

Rental Contract/License Agreement Excerpts 

The Town of Mount Pleasant has a non-negotiable contract/license agreement for renting Alhambra Hall.
  • The Town considers the signing of the rental contract/license agreement for use of the Hall to be a legal and binding act.
  • The Town booking staff will only discuss a particular contract/license agreement with the renting/signing party.
  • Cancellations of rental dates can only be made between the Town and the contract/licensee signer. Please review the cancellation policy provided above.
