Construction on the new Town Hall is slated to begin in early Spring 2015 and will last about two years. During this time, the existing Buildings B and C of the Municipal complex will be demolished in preparation for the new facility. The following offices and staff will be relocated to other Town facilities during this time: The Department of Planning and Development (including Building Inspections), the Business License Division, Fire Department Administration, Finance Office, Administrative Services Department, Purchasing Division, and Public Services Department. Please refer to the {MAP} to find an updated list of all Town offices and locations.

Once the new Town Hall opens, Phase II of the project will begin. This phase includes the demolition of Building A, Building D, Police station, and gymnasium. A new park will be constructed along Houston Northcutt Boulevard and a new double gymnasium will be constructed onsite to replace the current gymnasium. The Police Station will be located in the new Town Hall building.

Throughout construction, the current Municipal Complex will remain open and operational. Public parking areas and accesses may change over the course of the project, but they will always be clearly marked with signs. Please exercise caution and be sure to follow the posted signage and directions while onsite.
