In preparation for the construction of the new Town Hall, some of our Town offices and staff members will be relocated to other facilities. The new Town Hall will be built on the current site located at 100 Ann Edwards Lane.

Throughout construction the Municipal Court, the Police Department, and the Town's Administrative functions will remain on-site, but all other offices and staff will be temporarily relocated to other Town-owned facilities.

Construction is slated to begin in the spring of 2015 and will last approximately two years. For the latest news, information, and updates, please be sure to check back to this website regularly. 

UPDATE:  Please note that the following Town of Mount Pleasant offices are relocating during the construction of our new Town Hall.  The Department of Planning & Development, Building Inspections, the Public Services Department, and the Business License Office have moved to the Mount Pleasant Public Services Department Maintenance Facility - Pinckney Place, located at 1355 Sweetgrass Basket Parkway.

The Fire Department Administration has moved to Fire Station 2, located at 393 Egypt Road and the Fire Marshal's Office has moved to Fire Station 3, located at 355 7th Avenue.

During construction of the new Town Hall the Municipal Court, Police Department, and all other Town staff and officials will remain at the annex located at 100 Ann Edwards Lane.  All relocations are expected to be complete by the end of  March 2015.
