The FY 2019-2023 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for the Recreation Department prioritizes the Town’s plan to invest in the construction and repair of Town facilities, equipment and parks. The capital plan provides a planned approach to utilizing the Town’s financial resources in the most responsive and efficient manner to meet its infrastructure and facility needs.

While the CIP serves as a “blueprint” for the future of the community’s growth and development, the Comprehensive Maintenance Plan (CMP) highlights the importance of capital maintenance and replacement so these needs can be addressed in a timely and coordinated manner.
