Rental Fee Schedule
Athletic Fields: Woods-Flowers Soccer/Town Hall Field/ Duffy Complex/ Reid/Speights Fields/ Gawrych Baseball/Seignious Softball/Park West Complex/Carolina Park Complex
- $50.00 per hour for residents.
- $100.00 per hour for non-residents.
- Additional charges for use of field lighting shall be $50.00 per hour.
- The presence of staffing shall be an additional $20.00 per hour for a minimum of three (3) hours.
- Field preparation shall be an additional $45.00 for dragging and $70.00 for dragging & line marking.
- $75.00 per hour/per court for residents
- $150.00 per hour/per court for non-residents.
- When used for activities other than games the fee shall be as follows:
- The presence of staffing shall be an additional $20.00 per hour for a minimum of three (3) hours/per court requested. MPRD reserves the right to assign additional staff as deemed appropriate.
- Fees shall include lifeguards.
- Fees are based on the rental occurring during business hours : (The maximum of 10 people per lane.)
- $40.00 per lane/hour for residents.
- $80.00 per lane/hour for non-residents.
- $75.00 per hour for residents.
- $150.00 per hour for non-residents
- The presence of staffing shall be an additional $20.00 per hour for a minimum of three (3) hours per staff assigned. MPRD reserves the right to assign additional staff as deemed necessary.
- Equipment use is not allowed at either track unless part of the rental package and will be determined on a case by case basis.
- Fees shall include an attendant.
- $100.00 per hour for residents
- $200.00 per hour for non-residents.
- Rental shall only be considered during non-programmed hours.
- Rental fees only apply to groups and do not apply to individuals who have paid annual user fees.
- $20.00 per one and one-half hours (1 ½ ) per court for residents
- $40.00 per one and one-half hours (1 ½ ) per court for non-residents.
- During business hours $50.00 per hour for residents and $100.00 per hour for non-residents.
- During non-business hours will be $75.00 per hour for residents and $150.00 per hour for non-residents.
- A maximum of 50 participants allowed.
- The presence of staffing shall be an additional $20.00 per hour for a minimum of three (3) hours.
One time use :
- Fee for Residents is a $25 deposit and a $25 per day rental fee for each use.
- Fee for Non-residents is a $50 deposit and a $50 per day rental fee for each use.
- Deposit for both residents and non-residents will be returned upon inspection of the facility and return of the key.
- Fee for Residents is a $25 one-time deposit and a $25 per day fee each time the facility is used.
- Fee for Non-residents is a $50 one-time deposit and a $50 per day fee each time the facility is used.
- Both residents and non-residents will keep the key for the duration of the agreement.
- Deposit for both residents and non-residents will be returned upon inspection of the facility and return of the key.
- A maximum of 50 participants allowed.
- $35.00 per hour for residents. Deposit $100.00
- $70.00 per hour for non-residents. Deposit $200.00
- $250.00 per day for residents.
- $500.00 per day for non-residents.
- Reduced fee available for Recreation Department coaches or instructors for hosting functions for their team or class that will only include a clean-up fee of $50.00
- Facility Information: 6 tables and 36 chairs – heater – no air conditioning – no kitchen area – no prep area
- One room: $100.00 per hour for residents; $200.00 per hour for non-residents.
- Two rooms: $150.00 per hour for residents; $300 for non-residents.
- 3 or more rooms $250.00 per hour for residents; $500 for non-residents.
- Rental is for during non-business hours only.
- Staffing shall be an additional fee charged based on the pay per hour of employee assigned, but not less than $20.00 per hour. Staffing shall be charged at a minimum of 3 hours regardless of length of rental.
- Resident deposit is $100.00; non-resident is $200.00
- The exercise/weight room will not be rented out
