A graduate of Johnson & Wales with honors, John Iacofano has been a small business owner for the past 20 years. He has taken a one Chef restaurant into a national catering brand. Council Member Iacofano understands the hardship of growth and the need to ensure that employees and infrastructure are sound. He knows first hand the impact of a small business on the community, the revenue that they create, and the time that it takes to run a business successfully.
