MOUNT PLEASANT, SC (August 16, 2016) - The Town of Mount Pleasant has announced the closure of Palmetto Fort Park, from August 18 - September 9, 2016, due to safety concerns. Construction work, near the trail leading to the park, will include pond grading and trail work. The Town apologizes for the inconvenience that this work may cause, and thanks residents for their understanding as the work proceeds.
