MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (Sept. 28, 2016) - Construction crews are set to divert traffic on Ann Edwards Lane beginning Friday evening and ending Sunday afternoon.
The crews will be completing the tie-in to the existing sanitary sewer structure for the new Town Hall facility being constructed at the location.
McKnight construction Field Project Manager Bryce Howie said that crews will barricade off the road coming into the town hall, Ann Edwards Lane, after the parking lot access to Building A.
Also barricaded off will be the portion of the driveway where the back parking lot meets the traffic circle in front of Building D, he said.
The majority of the work is set to be finished Saturday afternoon, so crews will be able to reopen the far lane of the driveway. The remaining barricades will be removed and normal traffic should be restored by Sunday afternoon, Howie said.
