MOUNT PLEASANT, SC (January 13, 2017) - Starting on Tuesday, January 17, Mount Pleasant Waterworks (MPW) will be working on the northbound frontage road at Lakeview Drive to install well points. The roadway will be close for one day. The roadway will be plated and reopened to the public at the end of the day.
Additionally, starting on January 23 through January 25, the roadway will be closed again while MPW repairs the water main located on the frontage road.
During these dates all northbound traffic on the frontage road will be detoured down Lansing Drive to Coleman Blvd., Coleman Blvd to Pelzer Drive, Pelzer Drive to Cottingham Drive and Cottingham Drive to the frontage road.
Southbound traffic on the frontage road will be detoured down Cottingham Drive to Pelzer Drive, Pelzer to Coleman Blvd, Coleman Blvd to Lansing Drive and Lansing Drive to the frontage road.
Please use extra caution while driving in these construction zone. “Let them work, let them live!"
