MOUNT PLEASANT, SC (January 21, 2021) – MUSC Health, East Cooper Medical Center, Roper St. Francis Healthcare, The Rotary Club, in partnership with the Town of Mount Pleasant will be administering COVID-19 vaccinations at Seacoast Church in Mount Pleasant on Friday, January 22. The vaccine is available to:
- Phase 1a Health care workers
- Residents 70 years of age and above
- Parents who are home caregivers of chronically ill or special needs children. Please print, sign, and bring this attestation form for home caregivers (PDF) to your appointment.
The COVID-19 vaccine requires TWO doses given 21 days apart. Appointments for Friday, January 22 are for community members receiving the 1st dose only. Those vaccinated at Seacoast Church on January 22 will be scheduled for the 2nd dose, which will be administered on February 12 also at Seacoast Church in Mount Pleasant. If you are not able to receive the 2nd dose on February 12, please do not schedule your 1st dose at this location.
Please do not call the Seacoast Church directly. The church staff are not able to assist you with scheduling or other vaccine questions.
