Mount Pleasant, S.C. (October 25, 2023) - The Town of Mount Pleasant is excited to announce that Hometown Holidays, the Town's local holiday shopping guide, is returning for a second year. Residents are encouraged to shop at local Mount Pleasant businesses and to participate in local events for their holiday needs and gifts. The Hometown Holidays local shopping guide for residents can be found online, and business owners can enter their holiday offers and promotions into the guide by using this form.
Residents will be able to find holiday offers based on where businesses are located. Following the same pattern as last year, the guide makes sure to include all of Mount Pleasant by slicing locations into four themed districts; "Seas & Greetings Ave." includes areas near Coleman Blvd. and near the harbor, "Holiday Road" includes areas near Towne Centre and the middle of Mount Pleasant, "Jingle Belle Way" includes the Belle Hall and Long Point Rd. areas, and "North Pole Lane" consists of areas in the northern destinations of town.
Promotions from shops and wares will be shown in the "Santa's Workshop" area of each themed location. Promotions from restaurants, bakeries, and other food and beverage-related businesses will be found in the "Mrs. Claus' Bakery & Cafe" area of each themed location. Whether residents are looking for holiday gifts, baked goods, dining packages, holiday party spaces, or anything else, they are reminded that there is no place like home for the holidays.
Hometown Holidays will officially begin on November 1, 2023, and will end on December 31, 2023. Contact open4biz@tompsc.com for Hometown Holidays related inquiries.
