1. Do I have to have experience with special needs or the sport to volunteer?

No experience neccessary! Just the passion to have some fun with friends.

2. What are the ages of the participants?

Age of participants range from five years old to 65.

3. Can my child with Autism participate?

We have athletes with Down Syndrome, forms of Autsim, Williams Syndrome and more. Our athletes may have intellectual disabilities and/or physical disabilities.

4. Is this only for athletes with disabilities?

This is a unified program, allowing athletes with and without disabilities to play together. This promotes inclusion in our community.

5. Can siblings participate?

We encourage siblings to participate as this give the entire family a chance to be active, and makes our programs Unified.

6. What programs are offered?

This is a year round program, with different sports each season. We offer bocce, bowling, swimming, golf, soccer, basketball, kickball, canoeing, social events such as dances, pumpking painting, birthday get togethers, trips to the fire station, police station, news station and many more opportunities. We also partner with Special Olympics to attend state competitions.
