   ** DO NOT USE THIS FORM IF YOU HAVE ENTERED YOUR PERMITS IN BLUE PRINCE UNLESS YOU HAVE SPOKEN TO THE PERMITTING OFFICE ** Please review the information you have provided on this application for any errors. Once you have completed this application, it will be reviewed by the permitting office. If there are any errors, you will have to resubmit your application. Once the review process has been completed and the permit has been entered into the permitting system, you will receive an email with an attached due invoice showing the Permit fees. You will then be contacted by the Business License office for collection of the permit fees along with any Business License Fees that may be due. Payment will be collected by Business License. Once this is completed, the Business License Office will advise Permitting that the permit can be released to the contractor and you will receive a copy of your permit via email.

The ultimate design wind speed has increased since the building was originally constructed. Replacement of the roof-top unit must meet the requirements for new construction. The product may also require an economizer. Please notate where the condensate drain terminates; roof, ground, storm drain or sanitary sewer.
