  1. Healthy Pond Series - Intro to Water Quality

    December 5, 2019, 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

You are invited to the December 5 session of the Healthy Pond Series (HPS), hosted by the ACE Basin Coastal Training Program/SCDNR and Clemson Extension. Dr. Denise Sanger will provide an introduction to water quality indicators and discuss the big picture of how water quality in stormwater ponds is connected to the health of our creeks and marshes. This event is free and will be useful to anyone who owns or manages a stormwater pond. Please feel free to forward this email to your HOA Board, property management company or anyone else who might be interested. Registration is required, so sign up today! This is the first half of a two-part water quality series. In March, HPS will have a water quality field day to practice testing water quality and discussing some strategies for managing water quality in stormwater ponds. It’s not required that you attend both, but it is highly recommended! Let the HPS team know if you have any questions.
