It is highly recommended that the property owner and/or a representative meet with staff prior to submitting an application.

All non-commercial plans will be subject to a Conceptual Review by the Design Review Team (DRT) prior to being reviewed by the Planning Commission (as appropriate). All projects submitted for conceptual review must include all elements outlined in the DRT Conceptual Review Checklist. DRT Staff will provide comments, and will meet with the applicant on the designated meeting date as indicated on the 2020 Meeting Schedule.

In addition to the online application and fee, the following information is also required to be submitted in hard copy to the Planning Department office by 4 PM on the deadline date:

  • DHEC Notice of Intent (NOI)
  • MS4 Fee Schedule and payment
  • Drainage Report
  • Construction Plans

PLEASE NOTE: Application will be deemed INCOMPLETE AND NOT ACCEPTED if both the online application and hard copies along with associated payments are not submitted by the deadline date.
