Address of Property Owner-This could differ from the address of where the construction will commence **Property owner listed must match Charleston County tax records for a permit to be issued**.




2. CONTRACTOR/BUILDER INFORMATION
SC State Law requires a licensed SC Contractor to complete this application and obtain the building permit. If the job is still out for bid, please list contractor as TBD and input your information. A building permit will not be issued until an application from a licensed contractor is submitted. **Contractors must hold a current bond for work over $5k**





3. PROPERTY INFORMATION - SITE ADDRESS OF PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION
ALL SUBMITTALS MUST HAVE A FINAL RECORDED PLAT. **No Applications will be accepted under Preliminary Plat Status**. Blank addresses and street numbers of "0" are not acceptable. Please have complete Street Address and TMS number at the time of application. The address, Tax map number and Flood Zone information can be found using our Parcel Search Map using the link within this section.
