All monuments and memorials to be located at Town parks or on Town property must be approved prior to installation. Applications will be reviewed by staff and/or the appropriate department, board, or commission. Large memorials must be approved by Town Council.

All information requested must be submitted in order for the request to be reviewed. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. All information concerning the status of this application will be directed to the Primary Contact Person listed below.
