The following information must be submitted in a portable digital format (pdf) with this application and appropriate fee:

Conceptual DRT Review/Approval (all projects must complete a conceptual DRT review)

One set of civil, site/landscape, architecture plans scaled to 11" x 17" in a portable digital format (pdf). All projects submitted for conceptual review must include all elements outlined in the DRT Conceptual Review Checklist. DRT Staff will provide comments, and will meet with the applicant on the designated meeting date as indicated on the current meeting schedule located in the Document Library.

Non-Commercial/Non-DRB Projects:

One set of civil, site/landscape, architecture plans scaled to 11" x 17" in a portable digital format (pdf)—plans must include all information required in the Non-Commercial Design Review Checklist

Preliminary Review/Approval

One set of civil, site/landscape, architecture plans scaled to 11" x 17" in a portable digital format (pdf)—plans must include all information required in the Preliminary Design Review Submittal Checklist.

Final Review/Approval
