As outlined in the S.C. Code of Laws, §§ 30-4-10 et seq, the Town has up to ten business days to respond that the request has been received and the information is available and up to twenty days to respond if the information requested is more than two years old. Once notification is provided, the Town has up to thirty days to provide the requested information; thirty-five days if the information is more than two years old.

Research and/or copy fees may be assessed and must be paid prior to the requested information being provided.

Zoning Letter Requests require a separate form and fee.
